Denis never let his one dream stop him from chasing another. He always believed that Quebec had the potential to be among the best places for real estate development, and he soon began exploring real estate opportunities in 2000. In the past 15 years, he has been recognized for many important mergers and acquisitions, which have made him a prolific player. In fact, ask him on whether the many controversies around him ever affected him, and he is quick to answer that these things are merely an unfortunate part of the business. “I have already tried my best to push the boundaries, and things have worked for me. As a result some people are not happy, but I cannot do much about that. After aviation, real estate continues to be my passion,” he retorts. 

 

In the last few years, Denis Vincent has also expanded his work in other fields. He has been working as the chief financial officer for Strong Arm Labour & Contracting. He also has plans to work on some amazing real estate projects, but he wants the public to wait for further official announcements. What hard work can do for someone is something that Denis can teach us in many ways. In the business world, most people have good things to say about him, but does he have enemies? “I never had an enemy because I believe growth is collaborative.”
